• Eligible Items: Only items purchased directly from Rita's Designer Studio online store are eligible for exchange.

• Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Customized or personalized items.

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Jewellery that has been worn or used.

3. Exchange Process

• Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.

• Once we confirm the exchange eligibility, you will be provided with instructions for returning the item to us.

4. Refund Policy

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for purchases made on our site. We only provide exchanges for eligible products.

• Refund Exceptions: In case of a defective or damaged item, we will process a full refund if an exchange is not possible.

5. Shipping Costs

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

• Exchange Shipping: We offer free shipping for the exchange of an item within India.

• International Orders: Customers outside of India will need to bear the return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
