  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We dispatch all orders through Shiprocket, a trusted logistics partner.

3. Shipping Methods

  • Domestic Orders (within India): We offer standard shipping within India through Shiprocket. The estimated delivery time is typically between 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • International Orders: We also offer international shipping to select countries via Shiprocket's international partners. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.

  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery country and the weight of your package.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment directly on Shiprocket or through the carrier's website.

6. Customs and Duties (for International Orders)

  • Customs Fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to customs processing. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Delivery Delays

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by these factors.

9. Failed Deliveries

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up from the courier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

10. Lost or Damaged Items

  • We take extra care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. We will assist you in filing a claim with Shiprocket or the respective courier.
